We were inspired to recreate some family recipes and adapt them to the new generation of creative, courageous, playful cooks. The Hot Pepper Jam is beautiful and versatile. It's like the fine ol' staple in the group; as it adapts to many uses. I have to tell you something...the new combination flavors gave me goosebumps when we tried them. I even tried not to cry.
Well we're talking about food so that equates to happiness, right? We hope to align soon with some amazing, cool, enthusiastic, positive, cooking stores and sites. There're a few that make us crazy with desiring almost everything on their site.
We're just food and Nature lovers. The beauty of a pepper or blueberry or strawberry, or the magnificent taste of a curry, just makes us silly with happiness. Feeding people has always been our love. We all have raised children and have cooked those giant holiday feasts. Now our kids are our testers and they can be pretty...brutally honest. But they keep us current and we love the generational differences when it comes to food. Youth is adventurous! Yay!
